Commonwealth’s Attorney Forces Sex Acts.

A prosecutor or what we call a commonwealth attorney for the 33rd Judicial Circuit of Kentucky, Scott Blair. For those of you who don’t know that in the city of Hazard and Perry County.
As he stood before U.S. District Judge Robert Wier, instead of trying to put someone in prison he was there to pled guilty to a plea agreement on September 4th, 2024.
He knowingly and intentionally came up with a scheme to force people to give him methamphetamine and sexual favors in lou of recommendations of probation, drug court and probation sanctions of people he was prosecuting instead of recommending prison time.
This so called man held the life of others in his hands and said either you do the things I want you to do or you can go to prison. One guy who missed a court date was sent a Facebook message by Blair that said that he wouldn’t revoke his probation if he came over for sex.
“You should know I watch out for you.”
Blair used Facebook to get what he wanted from people.
