When Nancy Bowen had Jayme Malynn on November 12th, 1991, when she brought her daughter into the world, she had no idea that 22 years later she would go missing.
Unlike Holly Logan and Megan Lancaster, Jayme Bowen had gone to rehab and was happy in the progress that she had made for herself, her two sons and her family.
She was the social butterfly in her family, bubbly and happy to be alive. Her aunt once made a statement that Jayme would barely be gone from the home and would call to see if anyone called or came by. She was always on the go.
On April 10th, 2014, Jayme left her sister’s home to go to her to her parent’s house just a short walk away. Her last known place she was spotted was between the two homes on a side street between Stewert and Deshler Avenues in Columbus, Ohio.
Right now, Jayme is 33 years old. She should be living life with her two sons and her family. She isn’t because someone decided to take the life, she was given away from her. Did they believe they had a right because she had an addiction?
Sadly, when Jayme went missing law enforcement didn’t act right away because they assumed she was just out getting high. They lost valuable time and information because they refused to act.
It’s not just law enforcement but society has failed Jayme. Someone knows what happened to her and if they would only just leave an anonymous tip so her parents can lay her to rest properly.
