I am always apologizing for the anger that spills over into the true-life stories I bring to you. I will not apologize for this one. It’s a heartbreaking case and if you don’t feel some type of anger by the time you finish reading it, I doubt you get angry about much. Let’s get into this one.
Early in the morning on October 13th, 2015, two American Power Company workers thought they saw a creepy Halloween mannequin draped over the chain link fence the encloses the substation at the dead end of Bromnell Street. As they were taking it down, they realized it wasn’t a mannequin at all but the body of a small woman. They rushed to call 911 opening yet another murder case for the city of in Chillicothe, Ohio.
Detectives soon found out that her name was Rebecca Cade. She was born to Pastor Michael L. and Cynthia J. Cade on November 26, 1983. Rebecca was a small thing only weighing 90lbs at 5 foot tall when she was brutally murdered. She was also a mother of Bryan who was fifteen months old and born with fetal alcohol syndrome.
